Give it a try nights

Our give it a try nights are a chance for people who are interested in learning how to throw on the wheel to try it out. Because learning to throw takes time, students shouldn’t expect to leave this class having made a beautiful pot, but they should expect to leave with a basic understanding of the steps involved in throwing on the potters wheel, as well as an idea of if its something they would like to take a longer class diving into!
The classes are on Friday nights from 6-8:30pm, and dates are announced for the classes to our email list around the middle of each month. We typically run two give it a try nights per month.
Our give it a try nights cost $85/person, and include one piece glazed and fired by our team.
If a student decides to keep a second pot they are welcome to do so for an additional $15, and we will glaze and fire it for them.
Please note that these classes are non-refundable so make sure you can make it!
Workshops
We hold workshops at the studio every few months! What we offer is always changing, but a few of our past favorites were our flower arranging and vase making workshop with The Story of Flowers, our live throwing workshops with Kazu Oba, and Fenway Clayworks.
